Important: RajasthanStore.in is a discovery platform only. We do NOT facilitate, process, or guarantee any payment or transaction between customers and vendors. All orders, payments and deliveries happen directly between the customer and the vendor via WhatsApp, phone call or UPI — entirely outside this platform. RajasthanStore.in is not a party to, and bears no responsibility or liability for, any such transaction.
Data Protection Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Data is retained only for as long as your account is active. If you are dissatisfied, you may raise a complaint at contact@rajasthanstore.in.
1. Data we collect
Vendors: name, email, shop name, address, WhatsApp number, district/town and shop photos — provided during registration. Customers: no account is required. We only log anonymous engagement events (QR scans and clicks on WhatsApp / Call / Directions buttons) along with a browser user-agent string. We do not collect customer names, phone numbers or locations.
2. How we use it
Vendor data is displayed publicly on shop pages by design — that is the purpose of the platform. Anonymous engagement data is aggregated to show vendors how many customers contacted them, and to improve district-wise discovery.
3. Sharing & selling
We never sell your data to anyone. We do not share vendor emails or passwords with any third party. Payment claims for subscriptions may be verified manually by our admin team.
4. Cookies & storage
We use a login token stored in your browser (cookie / localStorage) to keep vendors and admins signed in, and a language preference. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
5. Your rights & contact
Vendors may request correction or deletion of their account and shop data at any time by contacting support@rajasthanstore.in or WhatsApp +91 9521055823. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
