Terms of Use (Customers)

Important: RajasthanStore.in is a discovery platform only. We do NOT facilitate, process, or guarantee any payment or transaction between customers and vendors. All orders, payments and deliveries happen directly between the customer and the vendor via WhatsApp, phone call or UPI — entirely outside this platform. RajasthanStore.in is not a party to, and bears no responsibility or liability for, any such transaction.

1. Nature of the platform

RajasthanStore.in is a free directory that helps you discover local shops across the 41 districts of Rajasthan. We list shop profiles, product catalogues and contact buttons. We are not a seller, reseller, agent or payment processor.

2. Listings & prices

All shop information, product photos and prices are provided by the vendors themselves and are indicative. Always confirm the final price, availability and delivery terms directly with the vendor before paying anything.

3. Reviews

You may leave honest reviews of your experience with a shop. Abusive, false or promotional reviews may be removed by our moderation team without notice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RajasthanStore.in is not liable for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of any goods or services offered by vendors, nor for any loss arising from a customer-vendor transaction.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

6. Acceptable use

Fake reviews, data scraping, harassing vendors, or spamming are prohibited — otherwise your access may be blocked.

7. Limitation of liability

RajasthanStore.in does not guarantee the accuracy of any shop's price or information — it is provided by the vendor.
