Vendor Terms & Conditions

Important: RajasthanStore.in is a discovery platform only. We do NOT facilitate, process, or guarantee any payment or transaction between customers and vendors. All orders, payments and deliveries happen directly between the customer and the vendor via WhatsApp, phone call or UPI — entirely outside this platform. RajasthanStore.in is not a party to, and bears no responsibility or liability for, any such transaction.
1. Eligibility
You must operate a genuine business located in Rajasthan, be 18 years or older, and provide accurate shop details (name, address, WhatsApp number, district and town).
2. Fees & subscriptions
Listing requires only a one-time ₹199 registration fee — there is no recurring subscription and no commission on your sales, ever. The fee may be revised; the price displayed at the time of payment applies to you. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
3. Listing rules
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and legality of goods offered. Prohibited: counterfeit goods, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, medicines requiring prescription, and anything illegal under Indian law. Misleading listings may be removed and accounts suspended.
4. Direct transactions & taxes
All customer orders, payments and deliveries are handled directly by you outside the platform. You are responsible for your own invoicing, GST and tax compliance. RajasthanStore.in has no role in, and no liability for, your sales.
5. Verification & analytics
The 'Verified Local Seller' badge is granted after manual review and may be revoked for policy violations. We provide you engagement analytics (QR scans, WhatsApp / Call / Directions clicks) as-is, to help you measure customer interest.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or remove listings that violate these terms, receive repeated verified complaints, or harm the platform's trust. You may delete your listing anytime by contacting support.
7. Right to delete your data
Every vendor can permanently delete their account and all associated data (shop, products, reviews, enquiries) at any time from the Vendor Dashboard → Shop Settings → 'Delete my account & all data'. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You may also request deletion by writing to contact@rajasthanstore.in or WhatsApp +91 9521055823 — such requests are processed within 7 days.
