Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: RajasthanStore.in is a discovery platform only. We do NOT facilitate, process, or guarantee any payment or transaction between customers and vendors. All orders, payments and deliveries happen directly between the customer and the vendor via WhatsApp, phone call or UPI — entirely outside this platform. RajasthanStore.in is not a party to, and bears no responsibility or liability for, any such transaction.
1. Scope of this policy
This refund policy applies ONLY to the single fee vendors pay to RajasthanStore.in — the one-time ₹199 registration fee. There is no monthly subscription and no commission. It does not cover any purchase a customer makes from a vendor.
2. Registration fee refunds
If your vendor profile has not been published within 7 days of paying the registration fee, you may request a full refund. Once your shop profile is live on the platform, the registration fee is non-refundable.
3. No recurring charges
RajasthanStore.in has no monthly subscription plans and charges no commission on vendor sales. The ₹199 registration fee is the only payment we ever collect, so there is nothing recurring to cancel or refund.
4. How to request a refund
WhatsApp us at +91 9521055823 or email support@rajasthanstore.in with your registered email and payment reference (UPI transaction ID). Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Customer purchases from vendors
RajasthanStore.in does not collect any money from customers and therefore cannot issue refunds for goods bought from a vendor. For refunds or exchanges of products, please contact the vendor directly using the WhatsApp / Call buttons on their shop page.
